  2. Monthly Subscription: If you prefer a monthly plan, you can subscribe through our Android or iOS app.

    Ik heb geprobeerd om een pro account aan te schaffen. Maar de betaling wil niet lukken. Ik heb geen creditcard en ook via pay pal wil het niet lukken om te betalen.

    WHY I CANNOT SUBSCRIBE FOR A PREMIUM ACCOUNT 5€ FOR 3 MONTHS, WHEN I FINISHED PAYMENT IT SAYS: An error occured with your payment. Please try again or contact the support. PLEASE RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM AND CONTACT ME!

    Hi Mila,

    You may have this error if your payment is rejected by your bank... You have to ask them to check your payment.
    Another way to subscribe for Premium is to use Paypal.

    Hi, I'm Having issues with subscribing, I am a repeat subscriber and your system is refusing oaymsnt. I have tried 3 times and My bank is not refusing to pay, so I hope this error can be corrected? Thank you.

    Hi Teresa, I have checked your payments. It seems the 3D Secure verification has failed...
    Maybe you could try again? Another way to subscribe for Premium is to use Paypal.
